The history of the game of Baccarat

According to one of the most popular versions online baccarat game originated in Italy and the person who invented it was called Felix Falguere. According to the legend, Falguere created a game based on the Etruscan ritual of the nine gods of worship. In Italian Baccarat means zero. The name arose from the value of the cards, tens and picture cards give zero points.
In the Middle Ages Tarot cards were used. After the appearance of the game in 1490 in France, Baccarat has become one of the main ways of nobility entertainment. In Russia, Baccarat game appeared in the reign of Peter I. Baccarat Rules
The main goal of the game is a dial combination of the cards with the total number of points 9 or as close to 9 as possible. The player plays against the house, namely against the dealer representing the casino. Ace is 1 point. Cards from 2 to 9 are at their face value respectively. Picture cards and tens have 0 points. If the total amount of the cards is 10 or more, 10 is subtracted from it, the residue is taken into account when the results are calculating. For example: 4 +6 = 10, 10-10 = 0, respectively 7 +6 = 13, 13-10 is 3.
The player has the opportunity to put a bet on the Player, and / or Bank, and / or Tie. The player and banker are dealt with two cards at the beginning of the game. In special cases, the player or the banker or both can have a third card. The winner is the player in the game who gains 9 points. If a player scored 8 points and the opponent scores less than him/her, he/she wins.
Getting of the third card is possible if none of the participants scored 8 or 9 points. There are rules when the player and / or the banker will automatically be issued a third card. Bets and their ratio to winning
If the dealer scores more points, then the casino wins and the winnings are paid 1 to 1 minus 5% of the commission. If the dealer scores fewer points, then the player wins and gets 1 to 1. An equal number of points the player and the dealer have make the bank wins with a draw and the winnings are paid 9 to 1 or 8 to 1.
